Guys,
Feel free to start petitions against Suzuki. The same website can be used. Our objective is not to ridicule these companies rather help them better themselves. Besides, if they would listen to us via their normal customer service channels then there will be no need for petitions. Their customer service departments are completely useless. They never use information from customer feedback to improve themselves. It is amazing.

Hi Friends, i am ceo of digital seal which donated SVIS. to islamabad police. i am a student of governance andorganizational sciences NUML islamabad,

background is that i bought new corolla gli on 10 june and lost in theft from my house I-8/3 islamabd on 20 june. i drove that only for ten days and three hundred kilometers.
i got the chance to meet and look at the limitations of police. i was shocked to learn that there is no centrallized data base in the country of stolen vehicles. even different districts do not share the data what to talk of the provinces.
i collected the data with the help of islamabad police . now there are 2.5 million stolen vehicles on our data base. it includes cars motor bikes and trucks/vans.
The system was designed
1. to provide the facility to the car losers in tracking there lost cars in case those are found at any place in pakistan.
2. to discourage the resale and re-registration of stolen vehicles.
3. to provide easy access to police check post to check the vehicles.
4. to provide the status of stolen cars to car losers so that they wont have to call police every day and waste money. i spent more than 10,000 rs in ten days to talk to police, motorway police kpk police register complains at Karachi Lahore and Peshawar police.

all my friends who tried the system have not realized that it only works for stolen vehicles. to check the status you need to send chassis no of stolen vehicle.
initially we gave the option of engine no too but when the record increased lot of vehicles came up with same engine nos so we removed that.
correct procedure is SMS cno nze000000000 to 8521. the reply would be

Its of no use. I have contacted customer support at Toyota Indus and raised my voice for immediate delivery but received a hopeless reply from their side which was already assumed. They said “We are sorry that we would not be able to consider your early car-delivery request”. It means, Indus is allowed to re-invest our money for 3 months and once that tentative duration is completed; car will be delivered. BTW, in my email, I referenced Adnan Qazi and requested customer support representative to pass my email to him. But it made no difference. Outcome is un-changed!

when the returns will drop, then they will question what happened in pakistan.:),

there is strengh in numbers but there is more strenght in money in real life.

Sometimes i smile reading such thread, Y do we belive that Toyota/Suzuki/ and Honda are being run by Pakistani?

All the decision making is made by Japanese officials, Each car ordered in Pakistan is monitored live by Toyota Japan and they are the decision makers. Toyota Indus is just a name.

Paksuzuki is solely being run by Suzuki Japan and is a subsidairy of the same
company.

Honda Atlas also has a very similar story,

The thing is Pakistan is a whole lot different nation, Our market is very differnt from markets abroad, Safety/consumer rights/ are words we dont even know off.

We need to educate our people first.

Just today i was sitting at Toyota Central motors a guy came up saying

Coure ke gears mein se awaz arai hai,
-The lady asked the technitian what could be the issue,
-he replied, "gear khule ga tabi pata chalei ga aur koi choice nae hai"

Other guy came saying, Sir replace the oil once, and then inspect if the issue isnt resolved then vl check.

My experience with Toyota Indus so far is being good, But the thing is that they only know dandei ki zabaan when you know your rights, Or else they just keep make fool out of you.

Even if 100% shares are of his, Hes not the owner of Honda, Hes just running a franchise, The decision makers are solely Honda Japan.

today a meeting was called in islamabd to hear the victims of indas and atlus motors by a high position official,CEO of both companies were also summoned. zuzuki motors just denied the invitation by providing a certificate stating "Quaility control and customers service for their products are not applicable in Pakistan and reffered to terms and condition signed by owners at the time of car booking".remaining details were
1.indas motors representative gave his presentation and stated that RS 1.4 million worth TOYOTA XLI will remain available in BLACK N WHITE versions only, for colored products owners may buy specially designed gogles/glasses by toyota, using that white xli will appear in parrot green color and black xli will look pink metallic
2. Atlus representative while giving speech was really logical,he stated that there marketing analyst have found by statistics that no1 sellers are pak zuzuki and we at hunda were trying to find the myth behind its success,finally our best analyst found the code and thats the "POOR QUAILITY CONTROL" resultantly we also decided to lower the standards for customers satisfaction.
3.Official present there was really disturbed ,seeing the situation representatives of both the companies presented gifts packed in envelops with many zeros written over some cut piece of paper after that house decided that further hearings were not required

dude, yer pretty much right. they are being run by japan etc. but even then, what?

we still continue getting crap for over 2 million rupees. U know what, in 2008, corolla S in USA is priced at $18000 in the domestic market. That comes out to be around 1.65 million in PK.

now, the specifications of our 2.2 million altis don't even match those of the base model in the US, the LE version.

Reasons, Pakistan is always treated as a 3rd not 4th world country. japanese are not that stupid to offer specs in PK that our people don't even know about. The example lies here of the honda city steermatic.

I bet over 95% of the people who haven't kept steermatic don't know even today what steermatic actually was.

Safety. haha. LMAO. We don't even know how to wear a seat belt. People push in a separate clip to turn off the belt reminder beep and end up in broken necks in case of a (very) minor collision. :S

This is what actually needs to be eradicated along with the danda attitudes to them.

Both of these companies sell naked cars. Even the indus sells cars that have literally their skins ripped off... :(:(

Rest, whats left, is complimented by our govt. taxes.
