(y)....nice video, although red-line shifting is not that good since you loose the benefit of maximum torque. If the same car is driven shifting at ~5K, you will get better acceleration than this one! (Talking about the Optra specifically)

@ testdriver..u r rite to some extent on this one but then again, if he does not shift on the Red line..who will cal him "Red Liner" then
even a 160 for an optra in 1/4 mile is unattainable !!!!!!!!!!!!!! i got quite a good drag racing experience and i can tell u that a 160 on a 1/4 mile is imposible for a chevy optra and i dont need to ask some one else !!!!!!! btw who u tryin to impress ????

sir mein 20th sep ko 15 hogaonga or 2 yrs r kwite long.....and believe it or nott i went to the track to race with my father and he taught me awl this stuff.........but also told me to drive really save and race only on the proper race track not on main roads and he takes a ryde wid me every week to check if there is any think im forgeting

he is very enthusiastic and as he mentioned, his father is also with him telling the tricks and most importantly telling him to drive safe and only race on a drag strip and not on open roads..

Why is everybody so dumb around here???? Thats no where near perfect shifting... you want perfect shifting, see the B18c video somewhere on pakwheels.com.... If he's shifting perfectly then i should be racing on TV

nice try little driver (y)...u just dont care abt wat people say..just do it for ur own fun n enjoyment n let the people say watever they r upto..if u r satisfied with urself, let the people go to hell...btw drive carefully
n one more thing..shift gears at a bit lower RPM than the red line, coz when u shift exactly at the red line, it locks up n in order to do away with that just shift gears at lets say 6.5 if ur red line starts at 7..so u wont lose acceleration...n secondly dont release clutch slowly, let it go at once
yes this sunday im going to the track if ne body of u comes to the trac he might see me and i will make a vdo of me driving at the same speed but if the road is clear it might touch the 180 point....@f1one that is b18c made for racing...and my optra is 100% stock @nak thnx bro for such a good advice i will definetly try to do this and will post few vdoz....btw pavement pounder this sunday i will post the vdoz in sum different post...and plz can sumbody temme how to upload more then 1 vdo in a post
