                       i have aquestion from you  when you build a car from ground up i mean building a chassis and than adding a enigine than how you register that car i mean how can you make it road legal. I,ll be thankful to your answer.

Very bad gas milage,keep the tank full all the time other wise you are next.

Its not much complex matter in Pakistan, if u go through proper channel, it takes time but the easiest way is to buy an old beetle, cut chassis plates and weld it on the new chassis, get a report form that u restored u'r car to new shape, simple as that

Hmmm...some nice VWs and others here.

Especially the '56 Oval window Beetle, although the rear-lights are incorrect.

@Aridsoul- there are a few Ovals in Pakistan if you look hard enough. I used to own a '57 Oval Window Ragtop (standard model), but unfortunately sold it in December as I currently study in London and it was gracefully rusting away!

The red '57 Chevy Belair convertible, probably the most expensive car at the show appears to have been ignored. That car has a cult following is one of the worlds most sought after and collectible classics.

ISB has quite a few desirable classic cars there but this seems to be more of a VW show. The Nawab of Dhirs '64 Lincoln Continental convertible, a '63 Chevy Impala 4dr, Ford Mustangs and a 1920's Buick should have been there too.

Wow, inside of the Oval is pretty cool. Well restored, appears to be a US model.

I used to have a white '64 Bel Air coupe, rusted like hell, sold it for Rs. 50,000 to a guy from Pindi. Nowhere as near as nice as the '57s, my favourite Chevy (aside from the '57 Vette of course).

That Oval is super cool!!
I would love to build something similar...complete with the fender skirts and Robri gravel guards.......
Is it still on its original engine?
