im am a big big fan of 50s American cars and my search for a restorable car is still underway I have seen a number of 50s American cars but still want to explore around a bit more to find the perfect one I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could be of some help I would strongly like shuja to reply as he might know of some restorable metal in Islamabad or pindi.

there will be a war between the buyers if mohsin decided to sale, I dont think he will ever sale it , he put his heart and sole in the restoration, I am not stang fan cause I like mopars but its a nice restored mustang waiting for my challenger to restore so mohsin and I will go for a quarter mile or Fiat 500 can challenge the challenger , right mohsin

Does anyone know where i can rent out a vintage car for a few hours for my wedding in Lahore?

I am willing to pay good cash, take full responsibility of the car, and have no wish to drive it myself.

An old merc, caddialac, 57 chevy, even a rolls.

everything has a price well alomost! My Mustang still needs quite a bit of work. I tried to a reasonable job considering the so many issues that one has to face and sort out i.e. mechanic's mood swings, denter taking other cars in between delaying work, sourcing parts, Shafiq kae chakkar (perfect motors), load shedding delaying every work related with lathes and chrome blah! blah! on top of all this, time and money constraints but not entirely happy with the end result. I want to enjoy the car for a season and then will get some serious work done to it.

My Fiat 500 will take on your challenger on a longer route through traffic. We'll do a race from my house to Tower via MA Jinnah Road

Any Lahorite member who can help Manghi out....?

is the Peugoet 203 up for sale, what would be the fair price of it. I have no idea what would be the status of the sapres, becuase its a european car.

American cars have still good prospects. ( in my opinion ). Till today u can get parts ( after market ones ).

Here's the Jag we got from Lahore - kind of sharing it with my bro in law. Engine is out thus the raised front - also big jeep tyres...once thats sorted it'll look better. I must get chrome wire wheels for it asap.

Please break the news here regarding Romano's 68 yourself. Im sure quite a few people would be shocked!!! ;)

The above batch shows a 66 model bug. I think the price is very very reasonable. Dont think the guy knows the scrappers would pay him higher  :-#

 Any takers for the 66???? A good project. And its a pre 67 model.

The blue and silver Peugeot is familiar to me. Saw it a few years ago. It was restored/finished off at a garage near Kalapul formerly owned by a friend of my cousin Danyal. The Peugeot was having 'teething problems' as each tyre which was put on ended up getting burst due to the sheer weight of the beast.

I have made a deal to buy romano/asad 's VW 1968 model which they saved from being cut up. This is going to be my first VW project which I am taking up for my son as he is going to be 16 this Septemer Inshallah and is already driving independently. This is nothing to be proud of as I feel I am being very irresponsible for allowing him to drive but dont know how to handle this teenage son of mine.
