Sunday activity - preparation for Khi Isb rally

Mustang getting a new steering kit & set of GT Lamps

Jaguar engine oil leak from main seal being fixed

Lincoln getting a front end overhaul

the GTv work is proceeding with pace and teh 2600 is almost ready for its paint job having been primered and checked. the trim bits were put on and the clearances checked before being re chromed and polished. would like to get it ready for the Rally but its touch and go.

The datsun z needed gearbox work but will have to go again as it is guzzling gas like there was no tomorrow and wont get to Gujranwala on a full tank at this rate.

The Fiat suspension and brakes are being done and the Mini later this week. we are gearing up ....

ps parts for the alfa have arrived in Lahore including a free flow exhaust system....oh joy but less than 95 db. and the windscreen and the carbs..and the new servo and the new raer calipers.. and the body panels and the wheels and the central console.... and i can go on and on

sir was there any MINI engine there you saw that can be bought ? i am looking for one, and where in gawalmandi is this located ?
near those jeeps area ?

Sir i spotted 2 minis one at the Mitu adda something where all the engines are sold and second at gawalmandi at the same place where i took this pic by the way i am sure this car is more exotic than a mini and secondly the place is actually gali which runs parallel to main road its easy just go inside and u will find a cement paved street u will find the workshop there and sorry for my lack of Pindi geography i am from lahore just here on a Short course..

sir i would like to talk about this car, ive ben waiting for someone from the family to finally show up in the forums........ by the way, the house in lalazar is nearly on my daily route and i see this 220 every time i pass by, i havent even tried talking to the guard there, showing laziness, but i do see a black civic there since a month or so

the car you see parked outside does not belong to the family but to the late nawab of dirs son in law. i can maybe give you a number of his children if you would like to talk to them about it.. the only reason its at our house is because they dont have space to park it in theirs.

its an excellent restored herald

the guy who drives it has long hair with a pony usually

it was there at the drag race event in bahria town as well so its quite a spot in a week for me

never really bothered the owner for an interview

well what do u know there re 2 minis at the same workshop and yes one is the pink one looks like a Cotton candy and second is under going repairs and secondly i had mentioned about a few of oldies get rebuilt at the gawal mandi street u can check em out i posted a picture of one too ...
