To tell u the truth even Im not well versed with Moggies. Esp the lowlight ones. My comment was based on the fact that standard Vws had lack of chrome trim. Maybe true for Morris??

I think you should pursue that old Benz trail. A few years ago a Benz which had wire wheels was reportedly sold for a 'princely' sum of 17 thousand near Sindhi Muslim chowrangi. And that too in running order. Sadly I had not known the mechanic back then who revealed these facts to me. No idea who bought it but he must have been seen dancing naked on the roads I believe shortly after the purchase.
That Supercharged beast is one jawdropping car! I can imagine its sheer presence on the road even if stranded like that! Hope its restored soon either by the owner or someone here.

Thanks for sharing the Morris story with us. I can imagine what it is to have the fourteen car row at your house. Im sure the new house would have inbuilt ingenius features to prevent the same!
