@all VCCCP Members:
Seriously we cannot thank you enough for giving us the opportunity to look at these pieces of history up-close. I, like others, simply cannot imagine taking such treasured pieces of history across treacherous train and travel cross country. Infact I have traveled from Karachi to Islamabad on a modern vehicle and even that was not an easy thing to do. Just imagining traveling in a convertible with even the windscreen down gives me shivers. HATS OFF TO ALL OF YOU!
@to all the haters out there: These people did it for US!...... okay they enjoyed the road trip and all but they could have stopped only at Lahore or maybe traveled to Multan if the road trip was the only purpose. They want our younger generation to look at these amazing machines which are a work of art and know what our history is. They didn't charge you anything and yet you have the audacity to complain. GET A LIFE..... I, for one, never knew there was a Ford Model A in Islamabad. it was an absolute pleasure to watch and hear it fire. I had not seen a Hupmobile in my life. Just knowing that the car infront of me was made probably when my Grand dad was born put a smile on my face. The austin healey looked super Se*y in real life. Hearing the muscle flex was just too amazing to be described in words. Loved the stang. Infact each and every car was simply amazing. The bugs, the american gas guzlers, the lovely vespa, the conv MG, fiat, Merc .... I LOVED IT!
THANK YOU VCCCP MEMBERS! Keep rocking.
