Nice effort to post this list but before you travel please make sure you check with the embassies yourself as the visa rules change all the time. For example Kenya does require Pakistani citizens to obtain a visa before travelling.

I am afaid it needs some changes, And guys please always check with embassy,

1. To my knowledge Kenya and Egypt don't provide visa on arrival, Don't know about others.

2. Diplomatic passport holders are not restricted to just these countries, Most of the countries you can get a visa on arrival. So better to remove the countries which provide visa on arrival to diplomatic passport holder, otherwise the list might exxceed 80 or 100 countried.

BTW had a very bad experience with Egypt, My travel agent told me Egypt provides visa on arrival, booked hotel and tickets, but just one day before leaving I contacted embassy to confirm and ... I had to pay panelty on ticket and for the hotel booking. So be careful.

Singapore: You need visa, no visa on arrival is offered to pakistani passport holders. It is easy to get singapore visa through travel agent, does not cost mush.

Malaysia: Visa is required, it used to be visa on arrival but from 2008/09 all pakistani apssport holders require visa. Actually visa is a requirement by airline, somehow if you can board a plane, you can get visa on arrival on KUL. This was told to me by immigration officer in kul this january.

Malaysia only give VOA to the Pakistani passport holders with resident permits of some other countries on it. Example if you have UAE resident permit you are good to go

The people who have diplomas have diplomatic passport.

They're given a holder where they can keep the passport - like a pen holder, which is called "diplomatic passport holder"
