Booking proof from one of the hotel booking site is acceptable if you are applying for schengen via in french embassy islamabad.

Hotel booking, bank statement, tax receipts, business profile, property deed. They didnt see any as it was my second visa. First time he saw file and asked quick questions. Decision taken both times in 3 minutes.

All embassies do it. They put the date of application or file reference number. Rejected is not a word used by diplomats.
Germen embassy does that US don't atleast in my case they rejected my visa
No Canadian embassy didn't put any date or stamp on my passport when they rejected. Don't know about UK since both times I got visa.

As far as I have experience, I have shown them a reference of a relative in USA who is going to bear my cost and other things, but they have rejected my visa without putting any stamp on passport.

BTW mentioning relatives who can support you is like giving them a proof that you might not go back. I was rejected Canadian visa because I have family there and got UK visa because I have nobody there.

Yep they just gave a yellow paper and told me to provide a valid reason to visit usa I was going for a trade fair she said she don't believe their is an exibition and she said u couldn't satisfy me that u will return back u can apply tommorow again and come and see if we believe u
