No you can not minimum requirement is you should be on a residence visa not a visit visa

As far as you let your credit/ debit card issuer you are going to use it abroad you should have no problems I have used mine in UK and Dubai but I let them know before I travel. Just incase you dnt tell them they would assume your details or cards have been stolen and someone's trying to use it abroad and they would not authorise the transaction.

I don't know about Pakistan but here the overseas transactions are blocked for security reasons and can be allowed with just one call to the call center. Let them know your duration of stay and they will open it for that duration. This is for debit card; I don't have a credit card, never used any.

I will clarify. I have UBL Wiz internet card. It is basically a prepaid debit card. You deposit money in your card account and use it online or at a shop, etc. If there is no money in your account, it can't be used. So the card offers protection to some extent. As far as use on internet is concerned it can be used without obtaining any permission from the bank.

Problem happened once that I had my icloud (iphone) account linked to my address in USA, while the Wiz internet card was linked to my home address in Pakistan. So once I purchased an app from Apple Store and used the UBL Wiz card, however, due to the two addresses being in different countries, Apple did not allow the purchase. Later when I linked my icloud account to the address in Pakistan, the purchase went through.

So in USA if I use my Wiz card to purchase an item online and ask it to be delivered to my USA address, will there be a problem?

The fact that ur preparing for the questions asked by the counsellor is in itself telling that there is something fishy about getting visa. In actual it doesn't matter. Be Your natural self. Why hide anything when there is nothing to hide in the first place. Just relax and let them know why ur going.

He still has to qualify for a visa, no matter where he applied for it.
