Just for a reference I am posting my Pictures of June 30 2012 of the same Dhani waterfall.... Just look how much water there was....

This waterfall comes after crossing Chilhana-Titwal border crossing and before the town of Jhura Bandi.... This was my third visit of Neelum valley and my third time having a bath in the same aabshar.... the main reason of taking a bath here is because all the Aabshars that follow though are much more beautiful and bigger but usually are too cold for taking a bath....

where there is much more water in the Dhanni waterfall.... Just look at this picture posted by smuzammilali in this thread... So in May the waterfall has the most water.....

Well you can always ask for some local jeep driver to help you cross the bridge.... People there are very friendly and helpful... But if you get your 4x4 in a straight line with the bridge and someone to guide you on the other side of the bridge then it will not be that much difficult.... Just like you get your cars on the deck for service.....

Also the the Noori Top was open when we were there....Better have a look at this video before making your mind about crossing Noori Top....

During my visit in June 2012 our main attraction was Kutton and Jagran.
Kutton:
Kutton is a small town some 6KM away from the main Neelum Valley road. From the main bazaar of Kundalshahi a metalled road along the Jagraan nala branches off. Kutton is at 6KM from this point. Although the road is quite rough but any car can reach Kutton. We have been there on Mehran,City and Swift as well as on our bikes.
There are couple of official rest houses in Kutton but they need to be booked in advance. Also there are couple of hotels/rest houses in Kutton bazaar which are very neat and clean (At least they were in June 2012) and suitable for family stay....
Jagraan:
Jagraan is further 10-12 KM from Kutton. But this portion is only for 4x4 or motorbikes (Though very dangerous). You ascend away from Jagraan Nala and then near Jagraan water plant you again descend towards the Nala. There are a couple of small hotels available for residence but it is not recommended for family stay....
The other specialty about Jagraan is the hydro power plant.

Suggestion:
Even if you are not planning to visit Kutton/Jagraan in your Neelum valley tour you should still go 2-3KM on Kutton-Kundal shahi road. It will hardly take 5-10 min. of your time but it is highly recommended as following pics will depict....

This waterfall/water block is one of the main specialty of the area.... It is just 2-3KM from Kundal shahi and every vehicle can reach here.... It is much more beautiful then what the pics portray...

Our stay was in this guest house....It is situated in Main Bazaar Kutton....

The entrance....

although from the entrance it looks quite ordinary but the rooms were quite good and clean..... The rent was Rs. 1200 for this room with one double and one single bed with lots of space for other things as well.The washrooms were very clean... Also very good for family stay.... The dinner/breakfast was also very good and quite economical as well....
