Vitz conversion from 1kr to 1nz

hello i m getting my vitz 2008 1kr-fe 1000cc converted to 2010 RS 1500cc manual with r1nz-fe which i managed to buy from bilalgunj . after purchasing 1500cc half-cut transported it to Peshawar where i further converted it in 3 days . i m sharing pictures and detail below

The sound is of CVT gear, it is common here in Pakistan. I'd advise to use quality trans oil like Liqui Moly Top Tec series(find compatible model for CVT on LM official website).

I heard 1SZ came with auto trans as well, try to source auto trans instead of CVT.

I have replaced my 1kr engine with 2sz fe. The wiring technician has tried to ignite the engine with no success. He tells me to change the ECU, l have bought more than 4 ECU. Today he tells me to buy a new fuse box and it's harness. I bought that, he tried and it failed to ignite. Kindly any technician around to assist. Am in kenya.

Share some more details
Which ecu you are installing?
Does it even turning on?
Are the immobilized?

you need to get hold of wiring harness /MATCHING ECU /ALL sensors ....and ENGINE PINOUT

If ECU Is Immobilizer Suppoorted Then You need matching transponder and immobilizer BOX to activate it else car will never start

As l smiled earlier today, my acceleration is not as good as l expected for the newly swaped 2sz engine. I did not swap the gear box, the gear box still remains for the 1kr engine. Should l change the gear box too to get maximum power output in acceleration? Or what other recommendations could l get from the forum?
