1.Look my bro, as u r gonna sale it so please remember by apparent condition,buyer get complete x-ray of ur car. e.g if you have nasty seat covers,automatically what comes in mind that owner is careless so he might not giving attention on timely changed oil,timely maintenance etc.
this is similar to what when your aunty goes to see bride girls for their sons, they always go to see girl's home specially toilets cleanliness & cleanliness of drawing room curtain, dirt on table etc. by this they get idea that girl is lazy etc. similar is with car my brother

4.Replace your seat covers and floor mats with some decent

7.get your car serviced and clean /lusture your dirty dashboard
8.Take picture from decent mobile or good pixel camera with proper light
