Lovely conversion... An absolute joy to look at. The way u have converted the interior to accommodate the half cut is quite brave... I hope this car serves u well in the long run...

Do change the bumpers to RS spec if u get the chance... And try to get the facelift 2009 model RS bumpers...

AS it is a proper conversion and also a manual one so I think this car can be pretty fast. Faster than 1.8L?
0-100 in 8sec maybe?
Close to civic turbo.

@maddboy2 dear i already have vezel and aqua Gs in auto transmission. And jdm manual is far better then pak assembled manual. So mehnat ki hay may nay isay sports bananay k liay. Mjhay zaroorat nhe the vitz ki sirf shoq k liay itni conversion wrna koi pagal hay jo itnay investment is per lagai. Is ki costing may mjhay 2013 vitz aram say mil jati

wow wow wow man ! I was anxiously waiting for such type of vitz conversion thread from long time. Finally you got the job done.
Would u plz mind sharing the price of RS halfcut only ? means for how much you bought that from bilal gunj ?
And what about rear suspension & brakes ? bcz according to my little knowledge,vitz RS has rear disk brakes. Correct me if I am wrong !

can you share the contact number of the shop from where you got this half cut. I am also looking forward to this kind of conversion..
Already changed my 2008 to 2010 Vitz Rs Cosmetically..Oem Rs front and rear bumpers.Rs side Skirts, rear Spoiler and tail lights without cutting the grips.
Btw I am also from Peshawar..

I have swapped a 2SZ-FE engine with 1KR-FE engine on my Vitz recently. Everything is working fine and I am loving the ride. However, due to time constraint I was not able to change the exhaust and molded the current 1000cc exhaust to work with 2SZ-FE. It is working fine but I feel that engine is not performing properly. I tried to search for genuine exhaust of 2SZ-FE for vitz in bilal gunj but could not find it. After your post I am thinking to do the same (fitting aqua exhaust). Is Aqua rear exhaust box (rear DHOLKI) mounting is exactly the same as of vitz? if yes then what about the catalytic converter (there is a sensor attached to it in both 1KR-FE and 2SZ-FE) and pipes? where did you get that?

If you run 2sz on 1kr engine exhaust piping on hilly areas you may face engine overheating issue .. buy 2sz downpiping with cat converter and sensor Or make it DiY with local 1inch pipe and universal cat converter and exhaust (dholki) of aqua .As i did shown in picture.
You cannot get 2sz performance on 1kr pipping.
