Its gonna be quite unreliable.
I am very skeptical of the ability of our local mechanics to carry out something like this. It's not an average swap like 4afe. Very few of them can really pull something like this.

The tolerence level of SCP10 frame is much less than NCP10, NCP13 and NCP15 frame, i'm pretty sure swaping 2ZZ engine in SCP10 frame is quite equal to swaping 1SZ-FE engine in Mehran, it will be considered fail.
I'm completely not favouring this alteration, because there are many features of NCP family, 4 disc brakes, extra rugged frame and beefy suspension, these features enable the NCP family to hold such hefty engines..
