I have 2017 vitz it had the same issue
I changed the coils
Changed CVT oil too
But the jerks remained
And i was finally able to resolve the issue by cleaning the MAF sensor
Kindly note that i have to reclean it every 6 months as the jerking gets back when the sensor get oily
So you have to keep sensor/ injector cleaner with you
