I doubt you will solve long selfs by cleaning an O2 sensor only, because:
1) o2's are not used during igniton in a vitz, (already explained this in a previous post in this thread)
2) you never actually clean an o2 sensor because the sensor is encapsulated in a metal shield to protect the sensor itself from carbon etc. So you cleaned the sensor protection shield. This shield can be dirty and the sensor still reads correct oxygen because oxygen is a gas not a Liquid. If this sensor was a thermostat (sensing liquid, then cleaning will improve the reading). O2's (like everything) have a lifespan, when it expires, you replace it
On the bright side, you could have found an air leak, which you fixed by re tightening the o2
