Both are good cars but swift having more power is real fun to drive.

Assalam o Alaikum to all..........i have read the views of all members and offer humble suggestion that every member has equal right to participate and give opnion obviously basing on some logics and experience,so one must refrain from aggravating remarks that spoils discussion and thread alike.
i think it can be very interesting comparision if we don't ignore patience and behave like civilzed nation....
Perhaps,our products are considered poor and doubtful in local and intl market is due to ever creeping corruption in our ppl and society day by day, virtually damaging our standards and reputation all over the world.....
on the other side jpnese nation has proved their worth and credibility since ww two and their recent recovery from historic disaster is again an eye opener for all the countries.......
Now coming over to thread.........we should not be oblivious of reality that vitz has lil lead over swift bcz original grand papas and dads r still living in jpn(1/3 parts of swift r imported from suzuki jpn even today) so how can off shore breed could be better then original breed( no offence please) .........hahaaaaaaaaaaaaa enjoy it

i was in same confusion few months back ended up buying a toyota passo b/c i found it even better than 1000cc vitz for family use its spacious comfy fast as compared to vitz 1000cc ..coming back to ur confusion ...
VITZ is better than swift in all aspects except acceleration and 2yr warranty ...
i test drove new swift twice no doubt it is a nice car but man theres no comparison with JDM cars ... the build quality is just awesome ..features , handling ,driving pleasure and satisfaction everything is great ...
just an example the EPS of passo is even better than new corolla i kept one thts y saying tht .....so my sincere advice is simply go for any JDM car either Vitz or passo ...u also have option of 1.3 VITZ tht car is even better than both .

1:brand new
2:2 years warranty
3:guaranteed zero meter car with fresh smell and confidence of being problem free atleast for 1 year.-i dont know wht i said above :S...i also said swift comes with warranty then wht does ur this comment mean....btw 1 year is too less toyota cars r much more reliable than suzuki aur jdm cars ki baat hee aur hai.....

4:Bridgestone tyres with 15 inch alloys -come to lhr n check two three markets like dha main boulevard n jail road there more than 95% vitz comes with tires like yoko , dunlop,bridgestone etc n with alloys .......

5:More ground clearance - i daily drive vitz with 5 6 people wht do u want more?...so stop this suni sunai baatein...

6:More powerful even more powerful than 1.3 vitz- oh gr8 i have a video in which 1.5 l vitz smoked 1.5l swift n i m sure 1.3l vitz manual can smoke swift 1.3...

7:Manual tanny choice - this is not a choice... manual transmission is standard in every local car...so dont call this a choice because it is also available in mehran:P...

8:Better road grip - i agree
9:More sporty drive - yea but not comfortable n luxurious as vitz
10: Resale is good check out Pak wheels car advertisement and you know why i am saying this. yes i can see 20 30 vitz in five days on pakwheels car advertisements but i cant see even 5 swift in 5 days...
11. build Quality is really good as far as i am concerned - no doubt its build quality is far better than other suzuki cars but not like vitz.....

note: brother first drive or own both then u will know the difference......

i dont own any of these but i haven driven both some kms. i found the pick of both cars almost the same. vitz was very comfortable than swift shocks wise. but swifts interior is more beautiful and practical. swifts maintenance is also low.

How much a vitz 06+ model 1.3 manual tranny cost here in pak ?. And surely 1.3 vitz is much better than swift. but i am not able to find it.

180k own for Prosmatic.
100k own for City manual.

suzuki has the build quality of a dust bin and will start falling falling apart in a year. Vitz amazing build quality, better cushioned ride and will sell in no time.
