Same problem but on driving 40km+ I'll open the oil cap and i find not that enough but some smoke.but no smoke from silenser.not any power loss.no bad fuel milage.no pick issues goes about 125+ km on highway.and no oil consumption.xulfiqar bhi can you please explain is it affects on engine health and is engine is health?

Also 1 thing is that I'll check pvc valve.its rattling but when i unplug it from
The line that's between manifold and pvc valve i feel some oil drops on pipe head that is connected to pvc valve.is its ok?

This is all normal operation.

the PCV is a two part system, one is the valve that connects to the inlet manifold under negative pressure, the other piece is the breather line from the valve cover to the air inlet (its the fresh air inlet)

white oil smoke is normal in the engine internals.

Or pvc need to be changed.

as I said - this is normal operation - this oil is condensed oil from the vapour its drawing in.

I to much force on this valve because i mentioned up that some days ago i am coming from lahore qnd during driving engine check light glows up.i stopped the car and see the water level and other things all is right.then i remove the pvc valve and open the engine oil cap and see some white smoke there.after 30sec i close the cap and install pvc valve on its location and start engine the check engine light is gone.after that I'll drive car for some 3 to 4 km and not any issue and no engine check light. @Xulfiqar bhi can you please explain something about that.

Bro I hope you didn't sell your previous cars because of this smoke

lol i was getting same smoke and i was about the Rebuild the complete engine of my Corolla after facing this problem but i didnt do it because Oil was not Reducing , Water was also Fine in Radiator. Engine Sound was also but this Smoke seems to be like Weak Engine as by Dealers but Finally i heard from this post that its normal

the oil was changed around 1000kms before.This car is recently bought.The previous owner had put zic 20-50 in it.Also the oil is very slightly above the high mark on the dip stick.

Here a different perspective, In my knowledge when oil cap is opened and there is smoke coming out of it, it is considered to be "Engine blow" which can indicate certain problems with the car's engine.
If you get a car inspected through pakwheels, they take this very seriously and report it as engine fault in their inspection report.
I've recently got a 70K mileage rebirth inspected and due the the same problem, the guy who was inspecting advised to not buy the car as the engine is faulty and will need to be opened to figure out the issue.

All engines will have some smoke in the engine crankcase and will be seen as whitish blue smoke from the oil cap hole.

This is sucked in by the pcv valve under normal operation and replaced with fresh air from the breather tube.

Blowby is positive pressure ejecting from the crankcase, this is tested by using a paper on the the oil cap hole and raising engine rpm to fast idle.
