Check the valve guides and valve seats...maybe the condition of valves themselves...especially if the car has been running on CNG

Khalid sahib examined them and according to him they were alright.. and it was a reason he didnt let me go for replacement of head.

Salams All!

Anyone have an experience about water-cooled engine swapped in a beetle? I have just bought one and cant understand its cooling system because its radiator is mounted on front and it makes pressure of water. Suggest me any other good place to mount radiator near engine.

Please educate me regarding the importance of heat-risers (attached under manifold) for beetle engines as my mechanic says its not an important component for usage in warm climate areas.
