Indeed it looks to be a pre 64 with an original rag top. the fenders are a bolt-on part so its quite possible that some previous or present owner decided to modernize the look by later model fenders. I won't have been surprised if i found 74 model year fenders in the back!
The rag top looks original and I have yet to see someone attempt that in Pakistan. People have grafted Japanese sun roofs in bugs but never a hole cut in the roof to create a rag top.
The car may be an important discovery as the known number of rag tops in Pakistan is about 6. This may be the number 7! Please try and get more pictures. From the look of it the present owner does not appear to be an enthusiast. If you do try to approach him, do so without showing too much enthusiasm. You do not want him to jack up the price with some cockand bull story of how Gen. Zia -ul- Haq used to inspect the troops on 23 march standing thru the rag top or something..
