After last event, there were a lot of people who wanted to participate in organizing and i believe can truly help in making the next event a success because this time we must make it better and memorable or else all we will be able to gain would be negative reputation. Because of the hiccups last time, many will be wary of attending again . Believe me, i know a couple of people(including the two pearl pre-67) who came last time taking time out of their busy schedules.
Most of the people who wanted to participate in organizing usually hang around at Sajid mechanic's place. If its no issue, we can rendezvous there for a meeting? Nashtrooper and me are nearby so it shouldn't be problem for us. There is much to discuss.
