how about posting more pics of the workshop you visited, sharing some number sof local mechnics, denters, painters & shops where parts are available.

also try and stay in touch with all the VW owners you can in lahore and then try organizing a few events,... start with a simple GTG or something and then you can start getting more people to be active.

@Storm - Yeah sure dude, I've also distributed some PW & VWCOP stickers to local VW owners I know. I mostly sign in from Laptop, the pictures and info is in my PCs hard drive and will definitely post here as well as on other thread of ours. I might work on flyers and stuff for Lahore side for GTGs, but first I need to sort out some time out of my schedule. Will keep updating.

Nice Beetle buddy, seems like you've kept it with enthusiasm Try getting some genuine parts according to your model, e.g rear lamps, side mirrors, steering wheel etc if you find. I'll also let you know if I come across some. Also post some of its engine pictures.

About the silencer, it depends on the condition of your current one. First get it checked by your mechanic, or you can go to Main Market Gulberg, one of the guys there works for VW silencers. You can ask any of the mechanic there he should be able to guide you to him.

You surely missed that event buddy, but I hope to see you in future soon. Ahan! Still no luck with the Bug? I'll be going to my mechanic tomorrow to get the oil changed for my Beetle. I will tell him again to keep an eye on a Beetle for you. You should get a Bug in your budget, although finding a Super Beetle would be hard. Wish you best of luck with the search!

I've been watching this car almost daily, the owner has kept it very well (mechanically) I can say because it has been coming to some office DAILY since last three years.

1303 at my previous mechanic's place.

Adil's ex-ride, then went into Saifi007's hands and then Khubaib from Islamabad purchased it, I wonder where is it gone now.

@Storm Thank you! Will try my best to keep you guys updated with Lahore VWs and their owners. Yes I'm planning to arrange Lahore VW GTG in coming months InshAllah, just collecting maximum information about the Beetles in Lahore, and trying to let people know about our Club and Forum. Will announce the date once I get some more VW enthusiasts into it!

My favorite of Beetles in Lahore, possessed by the owner of Must Cars & Bikes. I heard his father imported it long ago, initially he had a plan to sell it out but then changed his mind and now keeping it.
