Wagon R accelerator and throttle plate position mismatch

So here is an observation I made while speeding on the motorway. The throttle plate does not open in proportion to the accelerator since it is electronically controlled. What I felt is that until I pressed the accelerator 80% or more the car would not pick speed after 120 km/h.
At first I thought some issue with the TB but it seems the ECU is intentionally restricting the throttle plate as the target throttle value can be seen to match the actual throttle value in the screenshots attached. This makes driving very unpredictable since at times the throttle opens more and other times almost half of the accelerator position sensor value. Does anyone have an explanation for this?
There are no DTC codes and once I give full accelerator than car picks up speed immediately.

Recalibrate the electronic throttle. You need a good obd2 tool for it.

Good point. I will try to see if it behaves the same when the engine is not running but key in ignition position. If it behaves normally in that case, would there still be a need for calibration?

Yes you can try it. If it works perfect without engine running, then try resetting the ecu.

What OBD scanner are you using? And this is Pakistani Suzuki Wagon R?

This is PKDM wagon r and tool is ancel obd2 scanner.

On thing that might be related is that the AC was on. I'll also try to do a motor way run without AC and see if it makes a difference

I've tried it without engine running and it opens the throttle in the pattern seen in the video. Above 27 percent accelerator the throttle opens almost linearly with the accelartor input. However before that the throttle jumps to 27%.
When the engine is on then the throttle does not jump to 27 but rises and decreases with the accelerator. It seems to function like it should but under load the ECU seems to be adjusting the throttle way more than I expected like 30% difference which again I don't know is normal or not. Again there is no DTC code, no rpm fluctuation on idle or otherwise.

It works right on spot without load.
Ecu shouldn't be holding throttle to certain percent even after going 100% on pedal, not until ecu see something harmful and hold it like limp mode.
I consider recalibration.

Hey guys just an update, I had the car scanned from Suzuki dealer in I9 Islamabad and there is no issue that they suspect. According to them the ECU controls the throttle plate so it can change the opening depending on other parameters not only accelerator.
Still waiting if anyone more knowledgeable can explain this or if someone with wagonr having a scanner can test this scenario also.
