I dont think p.s will be able to get a increase in demand this way...here in pak people are more concerned about resale then any thing else ..reducing price in such a way (90000!!!) with no good reason, will create a sense of insecurity about their investment in minds of prospective buyer.. this step will only result in loss for current owners..i would call it a real example of poor marketing strategy.
