Wagon R Vibration when idle?

Salam. I just purchased a wagon r vxr its 2019 model used. I am facing a strange vibration issue when the car is idle. When i press the acceleration slightly the vibration stops. Any idea what is wrong? I ask suzuki dealership and they say it is normal in wagon r.

Check if there is any vacuum leak! also get the car scanned!

normally, 3 cylinder engines tend to vibrate a little bit. Don't worry!

Suzuki dealership keep insisting that its normal and nothing to worry about.
They arr saying they keep the rpm higher due to ac works better and its not any issue. They are saying that they will show their other cars they have the same issue.
Any suggestions from wagon r owners is this normal?

Because Toyota and Honda have 4 cylinder engines.
3 Cylinders tend to vibrate a little. Even Vitz 3 cylinder vibrates a little bit. It's not abnormal for this engine.

Its normal nothing to worry..because 3cylinder engine vibrates little bit..
