All the cars I have listed come with the waste spark system. The commonly know as pathake marne wala masla.
They are too heavy on the pocket to maintain for a common man and mechanic khuari is a very big turnoff.
Na karo, i own a santro, and its cheaper and reliable then many. Its in my use for last 3 years but all depends how u keep it
Margalla is a very decent option. Find a mint margalla, and go for it with your eyes closed, will easily fit in your budget, will get the job done, and is a fairly simple car to maintain and run.

M13a is the same engine that comes with liana and Jimny. All 3 have waste apart systems.
