Nope. As it is for us people only and its activation requires a us landline number, during verification process it calls on that number and u have to pick and enter verification code.

But it works only on computer not with phone.

Brother, its only possilbe through VoIP. The number will not ring on your sim. You will have to connect your mobile/pc with internet to get this service work. Its some tricky thing. Do following procedure and you will have US number

1. Go to sip2sip.info and register yourself there.
2. Now, go to ipkall.com and register a number with you sip2sip.info credentials. Remember put your valid email address. They will email you your US number on that email.
3. Now download Nimbuzz from nimbuzz.com on your pc or smartphone. Make an account it. Upon login go to call setting and enter your sip2sip.info username, passord and domain i.e. sip2sip.info.
4. Thats it. When you or any body make call on your US number it will ring on you nimbuzz.

Remember, there are many services for UK numbers that will ring on Pakistan number. All of them are craps and charging Rs. 35-65 per/minute. So, keep away from them.

oh read the first post,well there was a site back then,i dont remember its name,you can create any country's virtual no on your sim,n when some1 calls on that virtual no,you get the call,but y u need it anyways?because this way ur relatives dont get to make cheap calls instead premium call is charged

@ Marquis .... i have personally experienced it ........ i got a USA number but the problem is that you have to pay monthly $10 dollars for unlimited call duration ...... otherwise call will disconnect after 1 min and it seems odd that one should call again and again after 1 min

Yes, activated UK number but the call charges will b 26 Penney on that number if someone ring from uk. before i had number but now its not working . i didn't give that number to anyone just need to enter some shopping website or product info support, so they called me and i asked information.

JUST LIKE you used skype when it was blocked in GCC & KSA (need to download & register Skype outside KSA, GCC) and use it on your pc / laptop in banned countries, same goes with VIBER. register using pakistan number get code on PK cell number enter it on device in uae and you are good to go upon restart of device.
