The perfect scam, where the victim doesn't even know he's been scammed...

According to Pakistani law, if you order something and pay in advance, and you don't receive the goods within 7 days, the seller no longer owes you anything. The seller can now keep your 50k, it is legally his money. And you can do nothing about it.

are you serious?? i purchased this from a well known shop located in pindi furniture market and with all bills and receipts and only 30% advance rest payment was done at the time of delivery.. and i bought alot of expensive products didnot face any issue..even with 100% advance .. company in which i am executive engineer take 70 or sometimes 100% advance payments for making equipments on order...

And your company MAY be scamming people, sorry to break this to you. You should probably resign and get a new job. Because as executive engineer, you could get into serious trouble as you are in a leadership/management position.

we the largest equipment making company of Pakistan and weĺl know in europe and UAE...working in major sector on Pakistan industry from last 20 years...ISO certification as well.. it depends on terms and conditions with clients... we negotiate with every client and then we make a deal or contract..we are not a parchoon ki dukan..come on..

Dear I own a very reputable furniture store , we take 50 percent advance for an order. delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks. All the receipts and order form is with the customer, on completion we deliver the furniture and take balance payment before or at the the time of delivery. Very simple and clean. I have never heard of this sort of spamming in my career.
