We are looking for a mid size food trolley or a make shift container for food serving and, may be, cooking. Kindly get in touch if you know one for sale.

We would also appreciate if any of the member knows an experienced fabricator who can do the job for us.

Salam! KFC in Faisalabad has a take away outlet, it's based on a 40ft container with a generator outside for the electricity(They use electrical appliances).
A person in Pakistan made this by themselves, try asking him for tips, and check out the thread for info and ideas:))

well in NYC.. as soon as you arrive.. there will be two things you will see every where, every other street/ block. A typical Yellow cab and the food carts. ( They make a lot of $$).

anyways there are some pics how they look like ( or search new york city food cart). some care trailers, while some are manufactured in the back of box trucks. ( to operate a cart, one need a license, a hygiene class. a fire class and yearly fee for spot).

such carriages / vans are not readily avaiable in pakistan. what you can do is get it designed keeping a 10 ft container dimensions as base model, same can be fabricated by ANY bus / truck body fabricator. Using a low profile frame with 2 or 4 wheel axle which can manage load capacity while in motion. - Pakistan or PaK Fabricators in SITE Karachi exported 100 such kiosks against order from Al-marjan foods KSA in 2009 still in use by the company during hajj season in arafat & mina, They are located behind Pepsi / Hino Workshop in SITE Karachi.

Actually we are looking for a similar thing prefabricated or an experienced fabricator in islamabad / lahore / peshawar region. Karachi is a bit far from where we are and would cost us beyond our budget.
