First oil change of my ex GLi AT was only at 1800 km, fuel economy got better by at least 2 km/l if I remember correctly. By overall performance I mean that the car never felt underpowered despite the fact that it was used mainly for long journeys with at least 4 passengers on board and trunk full of luggage.
