hi all
i had this question from a long time in my mind.what shud one do if one is involved in an accident on road.i will give u sum senarios...nd them tell me what shud we do in that particular case.
i know many wud say that if sumone is hurt, take him to hospital etc.but that can cause many problem sometime.so keep them in mind and answer these.
1)if u hit some one's car wid urs(due to ur fault),and the damage is not just a scratch but a dent or a broken light or even more.but no person is hurt.what shud u do in this case?shud u run away in ur car?or shud u appologise to the other car owner,in this case,u might hav to pay the loss.
2)the same happens as above but its not ur fault, its totally other persons mistake
3)if same happens, but no one is at fault, like u wanted to save a small kid nd hit a car while doing it.
4)if ur at fault, and u hit a person who is injured due to the accident.shud u run away thinking that there r many ppl around who can take the victim to hospital?or still,u shud stop nd take the person to hospital.u know the risks involved in it.
5)same as above, but it wasnt ur fault.it was the other person who was wrong so he wat hit by u.shud b stop?or run away thinking it wasnt ur fault?
6)in all these cases,if u dnt hav ur licence wid u at that time, but u hav it at home or office, can this thing create more problem for u?
guys plz all of u,reply to this nd let us all know frm ur experience that what shud one do in these circumstances.im just about to get my licence,so i want to know what shud one do in these cases.i wud always love to help the person who was injured due to my mistake, but the problem is,even if u help,nd the victims' life is saved just due to u,even then there can b many problems created for u.frm police etc.
my thinking is that its ok to hit(offcourse not willingly) nd run at a place where there r many ppl around to help the victim.but u shud stop nd help if there isnt anybody around, like on a deserted road or in a midnite accident.
all of u,please tell u all u know from ur experience.
thanx@all
