After welch plugs change & soda flush about 8 weeks ago, 4 days ago i noticed cooling fan taking too long to turn off. started to look from electrical issue pulled out fan relay insert was ok relay had caramel brown legs appears bad so changed to new item cost Rs. 300
Changing relay did worked but the temp needle started bit erratic behavior so started to investigate deeper, checked for hose clips. Topped up expansion bottle couple of times and it turned out to be overflow from bottle. checked for radiator cap and it was new had not issues earlier. I was seriously confused for whats' wrong why temp needle move bit up in crawling traffic.
finally i did the idle run test at home in morning , culprit was located as pump leaking causing cavitation in system and expansion tank throwing up.

BELT was bad as well
pump impeller was not so bad, but the flange housing was at end of life.
New Belt & New pump is sourced
Flange assembly was sourced from salvage yard as genuine new was not available and local was not having quality finish
O ring to slip over flange was lubricated with WD-40 Silicon lube spray.

Coolant will go into system on saturday.

From which salvage yard in Karachi, you got this item?
Was pre-diluted ready-mix coolant present at time of such end of Life water pump and Flynge?
expected Service life of old system??
must be over 125k kms easily....
