chotay means karachi samosay (keemaa filling) and barhay jo size main barhay hotay hai with aaloo filling

I am originally from Pakistan, but resident of Canada and live in a city (Edmonton) where there aren't much Halal options, so Lebanese food is one we eat when we want to eat outside, we have a nice chain of Lebanese restaurant they make nice food. Pita and Shawarma Combo platter is their speciality.

No doubt some of Lebanese foods are really tasty... Last week I received olive oil and zaatir from one of our neighbors who brought it from Jordan... ... did you ever taste ..rice rapped in grape leaves, toriyan filled with rice or qeema???

awesome ,I only had their Zaatir, Baklava, Shawarma platter, shish taouk, shish kabob and their special rice and salad. I love their pink or purple jalepeno type thing in their salad.

Today iftari: Dates; Lemonade; Zam zam water; Fruit Chat; American Rice cooked in tomato paste; macaroni cooked in tomato paste along with Sauce (made from tomato, green chilies, garlic, lemon)

normally the pink or purple in their salad is turnip ... Kindly post pic I will tell you what are their ingredients in salad...
