WOW ..you guys are heavy Eaters !
I just take a Bowl Full of Mesh Chicken + Mesh Potatoes + Mesh Egg whites along with a glass of Whey Protein Shake and Lots and lots of Water 
I`ll post some pics if i actually find my self awake enough at Sehri . I only take a Bowl of fruit salad along with some Corn Flakes in Iftar 
I wonder how many guys here go to the Gym during fasting ? . Before Iftar Gym , after iftar 1 hour cardio
. Ramzan is always tough , but it yields the maximum gains .
