If a person's parents are not allowing to marry, why can't the person simply hire the usual nikah parrhanay wala molvi?

but
court aap ko bagair nikah parhay husband wife consider krwa daiti hay under the rule of Pakistan, not under islam.

No need to go to Court...

You can hire molvi sb yourself...

Even u can do it without Molvi Sb... Few verses of Quran e Pak can be recited by anyone, and witnesses from both side... Willingness from the couple....

Registered Molvi sb basically help u register the Nikah in union council etc...
