It's a Fast Production car designed for Superior Cornering and awesome driveability.
I don't think or atleast know as to which is the Fastest Production Japanese car to date but Honda NSX is surely a contender. (not straight line speed, talking in terms of circuit timings)

The tru playgrnd of a tru SUPERCAR is the track, and the JDM which plays the best on this playgrnd is the NSX-R. This Nissan may the awsome on the track too, but its not meant for ppl! Hence i dont think it shud b called a supercar... Mclaren, Enzo, murcie are all SUPERCARS! Y??? Coz they provide tru performance on the track AND they are/were those cars which were built for ppl! Not just for LeMANs and all!

The NSX-R mite not b producing more pwer then many other cars, but wht it produces is enuff to make it a tru SUPERCAR on the track! R390 GT1 mite b faster then the NSX-R o the track, but its not a production car.... Hence it mite not b called a tru SUPERCAR! If it was a production car, definatly the NSX-R wont even stand near it:S.

WOA NSX rivals ferraris !!!! i never knew that !!!! The NSX rivals most supercars on the corners, but what about the bits between the corners, the straights ??? but the NSX is really something.

Honda NSX-R and the Nismo Z-Tune take the Jap crown.

Japan has this HP limit of less than 300. Hence no JDM vehicles are above 300HP.

Warna the engines are quite capable. 2JZ-GTE of the Supra manages 600-700BHP on stock internals. The RB26DETT too.
