Considering you requirements i would recommend Pridor.
But if you must choose b/w the two than go for HONDA CD70. Why ?
1-Cheaper to buy and although it's resale is dropping due to chonda's it's still better than Suzuki
2-obviously 72cc and 150cc so fuel consumption is better but pridor has even better fuel consumption
3-More or less the same
4-Monthly cost for CD70 with lets say 55km/l of average
Total distance= (5*5)+(60*5)=325km
Avg fuel price= Rs107/L
So monthly cost comes of petrol comes out to be (325/55)*107= 632
And since your monthly distance is 325 km you can get it tuned and oil changed with air filter replacement after every 3 months
Cost for that 200+300+50= Rs550 after every three months.
Note: I am assuming you will travel 1000km in 3 months, however if you reach this 1000 mark early get these 3 things done at that point.
