Latest throne reading material. This mag has been around but this is the first copy i bought. I like the ads at the back of the issue more than the articles!. I did buy a copy of Autocar(India), Overdrive and WhatCar to read during my vacation. I shall scout around near Herald Square where some street vendor sell back copies of American car mags and the like and bring back a pile with me.Keep me going for a while.

A dark blue 7, a cop car that was as usual more of a hindrance to traffic flow and a blue Mini rounds off this thread for now!.

The Logan is made by Mahindra & Mahindra under licence from Renault-Nissan and is separate from Renault-Nissan(India)'s product range. Renault-Nissan has a huge greenfield production facility in India outside of Chennai that is currently churning out Micras but slated to produce the Koleos, Megane, Fluence and other models for the Indian market next year. I write this column in a state of complete torture! Not due to publishing deadlines, but due to the compulsory shutdown that Formula 1 enforces. Just when the season was getting interesting – Mark Webber gaining a psychological edge over Sebastian Vettel, and the Ferraris finally getting it right, the F1 bandwagon decided to enter its annual summer break.

Here's file pics of the first shipment of made in Chennai Micras getting ready to be shipped out to overseas markets. Nissan now has it's own dedicated port in Chennai to ship it's cars like Hyundai, Ford etc.

The Logan is made by Mahindra . The Micra is and the soon to be introduced models from the Renault-Nissan stable will be made by Renault-Nissan directly at it's India factory for local and export sales.

I only photo cars that i like. If i was to photo every car that i came across, especially while driving, i probably wouldn't be sitting here typing this. Car spotting is risky bizniss.
