Where can i find wheel (steelies) 12 inch trim rings for my cuore in karachi?

Right now i have stock wheels, wanting the same look, so will be painting the stocks to black and applying these trim rings as seen above, they were common in early 2000s, were found in many black taxi and even saw in some mehrans here and there as well.
