Dubai Autos is selling 3m tints with 60% heat protection for Rs 14000, is it over priced or just par with the market rate?

For a sedan, 4 windows and rear screen cost 16k by 3M authorised vendor(installation covered)

Bros I hv normal 800 to 1k walay tints but they stop heat like anything. I feel like sitting in shade. The sunlight does not fall inside the cabin.

Aoa guys. Although there's lots of talk on this thread but I need a definitive answer before I shell out 50K tints for my dads Altis and my Aspire. All answers are appreciated in advance.

1.) Our cars stand in the sun all day. How drastic is the result of CR70 tints ?

2.) I plan on getting CR70 all over including windshield. Does it impair vision in any possible way ? How are night time results ??

3.) How does our beloved polseeyay respond to these tints ?

1. Cr70 helps u drive around with the sun shining through the window with AC. Don't expect it to insulate your cabin. Your car will still be hot if parked under sun. Dont expect miracle insulation.

2. Police won't find out cr70, guaranteed! Im driving in isb since 1yr and have never been stopped. Non-car guys won't even notice them [emoji14]

Is the 3M sheet available in shades of black? Currently using SPECTRUM tints in all 3 cars and they are good enough for the price.

These are the shades mine gives.. It on front screen as well and i assure you it's worth it.. Parking it in direct sun light for 10-20 min doesn't make it like hell as it happens with other cars..

But yes if its over 2-3 hrs period it does heat up but its 50% less.

Is it CR70 all over , on windshield as well ? If yes then how is the night time experience ? Any visual impairment ? Because I called my KHI 3M guy today and he said we recommend CR90 on ws. Looks beautiful btw.

i just called mr zeeshan, the authorised dealer of 3m in pakistan. he sais he can only install the clear film that is CR 70 or CR 90. because of strict laws, he is advising me not to use even 25% tint in karachi because nowadays the police and rangers are active because it is actually BANNED in PAKISTAN

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu @everyone. How are all of you doing? Hope you're all well Alhamdulillah.
I took about 15-18 minutes to read all of your comments since this question was posted about "3M" tints specifically and you all either compared it with other brands or requested on where it may be found and applied professionally. Did any of you consider to try a local brand that applies tints on houses, shops and or cars? Specifically, "SolarScreen Pakistan". Have any of you used any local brands that might do the job for heat rejection on windows on a tighter budget. Don't get me wrong, the expensive brands like 3M and V Kool are not ordinary. They have a reputation and are also considered ivy leagues but for those who look towards avoiding UV rays on a budget. What would your suggestion be?
