Bro, Better to stay 2 or 3 days in Galyaat (Murree, Nathygali, Ayubia etc) and spend rest of days in Neelum Valley- Kashmir as you need proper accomodation and transportation because you have families.

Keep in mind snow condition does matter a lot till now the condition is OK.

Another option you may adop, Galyaat along with Swat side

We hired a jeep from Balakot for 3 days for Shogran, naran, kaghan, saiful muluk lake, sri paye, n batakundi. The guy was expert, I can recommend him any day. Can provide his contact no if anyone needs.

Sir G I dont think you will be able to visit naran .. These are last week pictures .. Fresh snow has fallen in these 2 3 days and it will be impossible to visit paye and dangerous too

Well, i am not planning to visit I visited the place in May in 2013, so just wanted to see the place covered with Snow, the track to Siri Paye is just too slippery and dangerous, though i just loved the 4x4 experience in the jeep.
