Where to ski in Pakistan

Me and my friends are interested in skiing in Pakistan in January or February 2014. We would like to get information in this regard.
1. Where could we ski?
2. Would skiing equipment be available on ski resorts?
3. What days will be best for skiing?

Malam Jabba, Kashmir and Galyat would be ok with us.
But Naltar might be inconvenient (because of it being far flung. )

We are also interested in enjoying snowfall. Please guide us what place and what days we are most likely to witness live snowfall

Any other related information would be highly appreciated.

Skiing equipment will be available at Malam Jabba. No skiing place in Galiyat or Kashmir as per my knowledge.

skiing can be done in three places as per my knowledge....

1- Naltar : these dayz its best as snowfall has reduced in Mallam Jabba and also the facilites are hone with the PTDC motel destruction....

2- Mallam Jabba: easy to reach but above mentioned reasons are there...

3- Rattu: u need some army pawa and a big one... they got all gear there u ll get proper snow...

i dont know any techincal issues abt skiing so this is all i can help with......

also FEB is ideal as max snow falls

Plus one more location , if you have PAF air-force reference , Its very very near , than any other skiing resort , Its is Kalabagh , 5 Km ahead of Nathiagali. They have small chair lift , slopes and more important the right equipment ..I have done skiing their 2 times ,when i was in airforce air university ...

A skiing festival is arranged every year in Malam Jabba and at that time lots of tourists visit the place. It will be rush time but equipment will be available and they will clear the road as well.

Last year dates were 14-17 March 2013.
