Cultus has advantage of being new... How ever i am afraid the so called euro complaint engine it bears , will not give you a desirable feul average.
You must also keep in mind the parts , after sales , over all driving pleasure , value for money and yes one day you will sell it so better to get a car that will sell easily
options will include
1-City 2005 idsi.... which is my all time favorite all rounder especially well within you budget.
2-corolla gli 2005 another one of my favorites.
3-liana 2006-onwards (exceptional value for money having only one downside which its picking on.... resale)
Kie cars are not recommended. If you are going to invest so much then get a sedan
