a friend of mine engineer of NEDuet Karachi, is working in Hinopak. i always thought what hinopak does as most of the buses n trucks bodies are built by road side body makers available in almost every city which had a highway passing through it. so during my discussion with him i raised this question, he replied that hinopak also manufactures suvs which are launched here and vigo was the example given by him. he also said that hinopak is on way to wind up its factory from Pakistan as its main line of business is investment vehicle (buses and trucks) manufacture which due to current law and order situation and energy crises is going in great loss. besides hinopak is also engaged in refurbishing / reconditioning of these investment vehicles. after this info i have doubts about future of vigo in Pakistan.
