Which car runs good on ac Cultus or Alto

i have a cultus myself these days and have used Altos extensively in the past though i never owned it and from my experience the a/c of cultus is better as compared to alto maybe due to the seperate fans for condenser and radiator. i am comparing cultus carby with alto carby. the a/c of efi cultus is excellent.

and one other thing in all the altos owned by some cousins and relatives and used by me i never heard from them or faced myself an overheat issue but yes the different mechanics insist that alto has an overheat issue. God knows best.

I think Beside on some other factors any vehicle drive while a/c on mainly depend upon the BHP of That vehicle.
so we should keep in mind
Alto With SJ410 carby engine produce around 45 BHP
Carby cultus produce around 60 BHP
And EFI cultus around 65 BHP

so more BHP u got more better u drive under load conditions like A/C on etc.

place a g13A in alto you wont have any heat problems

i own a cultus,so i would go for cultus.

cultus have bettr AC without any doubt as compre to alto and it doesnt have any heating issue

BTW I,ve noticed that Cultus carby feels more sluggish with AC on if compared with an Alto.
Carby Cultus on AC + CNG feels very heavy.

its simple!the car which is maintained well will have better ac!previously my khyber ac was just normal but after overhauling its engine i can say that my cars ac is alot better than alto!cooling is increased and car does nt feels heavy on ac and cng!

heat guage needle stays at the middle because its the heat gauge of mehran which is installed in your radiator or to the engine. the original heat gauge(heat sensor) of Alto cost around 2500-3000R.s .most of the alto have heat gauge of Mehran installed in them(including my car).there is no problem of temperature.but there is a problem with heat gauge...you cant notice your car overheating..........

alto has same fan for ac and cooling system on the other hand cultus have seperate fan for ac and cooling system so i guess cultus ac should be good.

i own alto.. its ac is v.gud... behre haal cultus efi hav better technology than alto , hope its ac wil also b better...

Cultus... specially EFI one takes less engine load on AC and gives better cooling.

This thread is typical example of people favoring the products they own. Please do not get me wrong, it's just that no one has mentioned the brand of AC used in these cars. Also have anyone actually checked the readings with thermostat?

i used to come wid my friend on alto and i remember he used to turn AC off on every signal to get the pick....while i drove a government cultus fo one year but it was on petrol...dat AC was better than alto one...but i went to lhr on cultus efi and with 5 friends on board the AC with working very good...to me cultus efi is far better than alto..

Carby alto is better than carby cultus with ac

one more thing to note that carby alto have 4 cylinders where as in cultus only 3 cylinder but efi cultus have 4 cylinders... therefore efii cultus is the best!

Engine Required a certain Temperature to work, so heat gauge should always remain in the middle of the gauge.
It's quite normal.

My brother has Alto 07 and it has already got it's engine seized due to be overheated. Even after that, It still has got the problem of heat guage needle staying in the middle which is not normal for any car. once we went to a mechanic for it's cure. He asked which car, when we told him it's Alto VXr. He said that it's the major problem for this car.
