No mate ! i am telling you from my first hand experience. What i did on the S3 and S2 was to flash custom roms all time to in order to just get a glimpse of lag free experience. I have always been an android fan boy and the will be in future as well. All of my family members have android based phones and tablets just because i urged them to do so.

I just wanted a phone which i can actually use as a phone rather then flashing roms and kernels all the time. And this Iphone has served me quite well now for the past few weeks. Its not even jail broken as well .

Also Modern combat 3 lagged quite a bit on S3 , and it amazingly smooth on the Iphone. I`ll be switching to an iphone 5 pretty soon as well

Brother i respect your experience but every one has their own opinion. I have also used iphone 4s and s2 a lot. And Own S3 and note 2. Iphone has closed operating system (object C), no customization at all. That is why it is most of the time lag free. But just install pure stock andriod on S2 and then see its power. Even i liked the display of s2 as compare to iphone 4s, even it has more ppi than s2.

Modern Combat 3 is not at all optimized game in android. Major advantage of IOS is that all games are optimized on IOS so Iphone will lead in games category every time. Except that, no comparison between IOS and ANDROID.

And i would recommend you to stick with your iphone 4s and wait for iphone 5s. It will definitely be an UPGRADE.

Both of the them are not a good option.

Amaze is too heavy and have outdated OS and Sense version, which is very heavy.
One V is only a single core phone which is definitely not recommended in this era.

IF new than Sony Xperia Sola. if used then Sony Xperia P or may be Galaxy S2.

It'll be better that go for Xperia P. Used one will cost between 21-22k in very good condition. It's obviously a better option then S II.

Xperia S is a better option than galaxy S2, not Xperia P.

One v is not a bad choice bhai...
It has brilliant camera...
Brilliant response keeping in mind it's a 1Ghz processor. But i personally won't recommend anyone. Now a days, dual core's are at high demand
