195 will decrease your pick up and increase fuel average slightly.Use 185/65/15 as they will offer improved ground clearance but without much load on suspension or fuel average.
I would suggest HILO GENESYS XP1 , 195/65 R15 tire for corolla or civic.. highly recommended... tested various times on motorway at 195,196 km/h speed..Very stable at cornering,straight road, very less road noise at 30psi tire pressure at motorway...Also recommended for sub urban area driving conditions... very very less punctures.. price was 6000 rs per tire last year October...
from where i can buy good rims for city?
Best is to buy OEM rims from Honda as they dont add much weight and load to suspension and engine but they are expensive.Problem with aftermarket rim is that they are all chinese and their weight and width is different than OEM ones so suspension and fuel avg takes a hit.Which city are you in?

As per my research and also after reading all of your comments now i can say that all chinese tyres are like sab china maal ha, bcoz u wont find same brands on different shops u will get different brands on every shop

Yes many people has experienced vitour tyres. They are Chinese and somewhat a hard tyres and make some noise.Better get another brand. Comforser tyres are good.

Salam.I hope you are well. Sorry for the late reply. I think I am late by 3 months. That is poor on my part to be honest..lol
Anyway my tyres have covered almost 45k kms now and yes they have been a good purchase. I travelled to Islamabad and Murree on the 22nd of March and the grip was fine on the wet Murree expressway. It rained a lot that day but I had no problems driving in that weather. I do feel that they are a bit hard now so will be looking to replace them after another 5k to 10k km running.
Ovation: Very bad experience, got it with a car I bought used.Rapid: Very good tires, they're on a B series Civic EG, good traction and low road noise.
