T1, T2 and T3 are climatic conditions in which ur chiller/AC and/or heat pump are to be used. Basically the temperature ranges are as below;

T1: moderate climate, ac/chiller: 18–43 deg C, heat pumps: -7 to 43 deg C.

T2: cold climate, ac/chiller: 10–35 deg C, heat pumps: -7 to 35 deg C

T3: hot climate, ac/chiller: 21–52 deg C, heat pumps: -7 to 51 deg C

Is it worth to buy 75% saving inverter or should i opt for Gree? I'm not sure 75% energy saving is a marketing gimmick or it works actually.

Well as I say 50/75 save almost equal amount of electricity . My electricity bill has been greatly reduced after using Kenwood ac previously i was using non inverter Haier,SG and LG .
All Chinese stuff is same let it be of Kenwood,Haier,Gree etc , important part is proper installation . Installation done by certified technician can do wonders with the cooling efficiency of any ac.

If u can spend around 90 k than go for Panasonic Invertor AC . If u r stuck to Chinese than go for gree. This will cost u around 81 k with installation
Kenwood has inner leaking issues so it's on u. It will cost u with installation 61000
