Which Debit Cards have maximum limits for internet use purpose

Dear friends
I need a suggestion regarding use of Debit Cards for internet online use purpose. Recently I have to pay visa fee and IHS surcharge for myself and my family for UK Tier 2 Visa through internet. The amount goes int0 4700 pounds figure. I am using a UBL Credit and Master Debit Card but I cannot do a maximum of more than equivalent of 300,000 PKR transaction per day. Now if do it in bits and pieces every day than all family members will get different dates for appointment which again is not desired.
I am wondering which other banks offer Debit Cards which can be used online but must have a limit of at least 200,000 PKR online spending limit per day. Applying for extra credit card or enhancing some limit on credit card takes a long time and still will not serve my purpose.
Is it possible that I open two more UBL accounts, and would it be possible to open more than one bank account in same bank or should I go for some other option. I have searched a lot on net but couldnt find a satisfactory answer.

you can call your bank check for the amount available for such transaction(s), appraise them of your card charge over the INTERNET.

FOR " OVER THE PER DAY LIMIT​ " ahead of transaction date. as PRE-APPROVED

Seek pre-approval for 24/36/48/72 hours time frame with the approximate amount & beneficiary name. This is applicable across the board to every credit card issued in Pakistan. In case of DEBIT cards this is not applicable if the account does not have ENOUGH to seek pre-approval.

Thanks Capsat, but I dont think My bank will allow me an overdraft of around 6.5 Lacs when the maximum limit is 1 lacs. However I do have sufficient balance in my Debit Account. Now can this Over the per day limit be applied for my Debit Card??

If multiple transactions in same day suits you and transactions from cards from different people are not an issue, check within your contacts circle for anyone using Platinum credit cards from the better banks which have a limit of PKR500K per transaction. Even others having PKR300K limit could be used. Give them cash and use their cards for the transactions.

Its not like that. I have UBL Credit card as well as debit card. The limit for credit card is 100K per day and 200K for Debit Card. The fee to be deposited is around 1100 pounds person which roughly translates into Rs 157,000. Now I can only use my Debit Card for single transaction per day as online systems dont accept payments in parts from different cards for single transaction. So it will require 4 days for me to do all transactions for myself and my family giving us 4 different dates. The only way to get all in one appointments is to do all transactions one after one at same time.

Put in an application to enhance your existing limit. There are few other options for your requirement.

you may request in the form for tentative date common to every applicant in family for interview / personal appearance,

in 2012 somebody i know had the identical problem but it was sorted by putting up request for a date common for all applications. This was suggest by the help line of High commission. High commission is aware of problem we face in internet banking in Pakistan

Unfortunately there is no option in online applications for a common date and time for family applicants. There is no email option either. Gerry Express which deals with visa applications on behalf of British High Commission has only one email feeback.pkvacs@gerrys.com.pk and emails sent at this address bounce back. Therefore today I had a detailed discussion, with UBL helpline. They also clearly said that there is no solution to my problem. Only solution advised from them was that somewhere someone of my relative residing in UK having large transaction facility on his/her credit card pays on my behalf and I later pay them.
However thinking over this, I am thinking to go tomorrow to two different branches of UBL and simultaneously open two current accounts asking for Premium Master Cards so I will have a total of three UBL Master Cards after next 15-20 days, which I can use simulatenously to pay these fee.
This is one of the problem with Pakistani Banks that they are never able to help. Once I am done with all these, will permanently close all my accounts with these banks. Good riddance

before opening the account, please clearly ask bank branch manager about the cards & facility for transaction.

I strongly believe that cards issued to account(s) opened using single CNIC from 1 BANK with accounts at different branches are consolidated and transactions limits does not change.

my 30 year old citibank VISA card was merged with the HBL card after HBL took over Citibank card operations in Pakistan. The HBL card upgraded to black, but .. the per day transaction limit over internet did not changed.

I think there is a help service at Garry's as written in their website they have a card facility from which they can pay the amount and then u pay them. They also fill the forum for you.i just got my tier 4 student visa and while making the application i saw the link for this service in Garry's website let me find the link and upload it for you

Online fee payment assistance. Try this and all charges are charged in pkr on your card. The site automatically charges pkr rather than charging pound. The amount written is also in pkr in ur online portal
